1331 EAGLE’S SYNDROME : M89.88
เกณฑการวินิ จฉัย
Eagle’s syndrome หมายถึง ภาวะที่ มีการงอกยาวของ styloid process หรือมีการแข็งตัวของ stylohyoid ligament ทํ าใหผูป วย
มีอาการเจ็บคอเวลากลืน ปวดราวไปที่หูข างเดียวกัน คลํ าที่ tonsillar fossa พบ styloid process และมีอาการเจ็บ ถ ายภาพรังสีจะพบวา
styloid process ยาวเกิน 4 ซ.ม.

ถาแพทย วินิจฉัยวา Eagle’s syndrome หรือ elongation of styloid process ใหรหัส M89.88 Other specified disorders of
bone, other sites ภาวะนี้รักษาโดยการผาตัด resection of styloid process ใหรหัส 01.6 Excision of lesion of skull (103-26-02)
ถาทําทางชองปากให ใชรหัส 28.2 Tonsillectomy without adenoidectomy (245-26-03) รวมด วย

เกณฑการวินิ จฉัย
Periprosthetic fracture หรือ Fracture following internal fixation หมายถึง กระดู กหักที่เกิดหลังจากการใสข อเทียมหรื อ
โลหะดามกระดูก เปนผลมาจากการผ าตัดใส อุปกรณทํ าใหกระดูกมี load to failure ไดงายกวาปกติ ผูป วยมักมีอาการปวดมากในบริเวณที่
ทําผาตัดระหวางการใชชี วิตประจําวัน เมื่อถายภาพรังสีจะพบวามีกระดูกหักรอบๆ อุปกรณข อเทียมหรื อโลหะดามกระดูก โดยขอเทียมหรื อ
โลหะดามกระดูกไม หัก
ในกรณีพบกระดู กหักรอบขอเทียม ใหแพทยวินิจฉัยวา periprosthetic fracture และในกรณีพบกระดูกหั กใกลโลหะดามกระดู ก
ใหวินิจฉั ยวา fracture following internal fixation หรือ fracture following orthopedic implant แพทยควรหลีกเลี่ยงการใชอักษรยอ
ที่ไมเปนสากล เชน fracture hip S/P hemiarthroplasty หรือ fracture tibia S/P ORIF
